Project Life with Freckled Fawn

Hey Everyone! Today I'm going to share some Project Life pages using my Freckled Fawn stash! I don't know if you heard but I made the Freckled Fawn Design Team! Yay! I am super excited! This is a dream design team to be on! This is one of the projects I submitted to the call.

In these pages, I used the January Oh Deer Me Kit and the Fresh Start Journaling Card Set.

I also mixed some Citrus Twist Journal Cards with a card from the High Five Project Life Kit

Freckled Fawn alpha stickers are always amazing!

This card is probably my favorite! I used a card from the High Five Core Kit and I filled the labels with word stickers from Tim Holtz and my roller stamps.

To write the journaling I used a number next to the photo and wrote the journaling in a few of the cards. Sometimes I like to add my daughters' schoolwork or art work on my album so I take photos of them and put them in 3x4 photos and sometimes 4x6.

This card inspired this washi tape layout. I used my favorite washi from Freckled Fawn. I like to use skinny washi a LOT! On top I added a puffy word and cardstock words.

The puffy white word is from the January Embellishment Kit.

I hope you enjoy this process video! Take Care!

Hi Everyone! I hope you had a great Mother's Day! Today I am sharing these cards I made using the Flora Collection from Carta Bella. This is the featured collection on the April Lilli Shop for the month of May. For the first card, I used the Peony Posy Bunch PaperPeony Posy Cluster Paper and Flora Ephemera Pack. I stamped the HELLO using the Flora Simple Stated 4x6 Stamps. I made the black and white feather using washi tape. You can see how I made it in THIS VIDEO

For my second, card I used a card from the Lily Meadow Journal Cards, Rose Garden Bouquet Paper, Petunia Patch Paper and a paper bow I made with Rose Garden Journal Cards Paper. I used Tombow Foam Tape to give my cards dimension.

To dress up my envelopes I use the Tombow Removable Adhesive to trace the flap of the envelope. Then I cut it out and I use the Tombow Xtreme Adhesive to glue everything down. For this last one, I used Rose Garden Bouquet Paper, Peony Pony Cluster, Flora Ephemera Pack and a Waffle Flower die cut.

These are great cards for any occasion. This collection is great for cardmaking.
Remember that yo can get this collection for 20% OFF during the month of May!

Project Life with the April Lilli Shop and Carta Bella

Hey Everyone! This month the April Lilli Shop Featured Collection is Flora from Carta Bella. You can get this collection during the month of May at 20% OFF! I was happy when I got this collection because it's brighter than it appears in the product photos. The floral patterns are very pretty! I wish they made an ephemera pack with just flowers.
There are 4 papers with cut outs for pocket pages and I used 3 of those: Rose Garden, Petunia Patch and Peony Posy.
I did some layering with washi tape and the Flora Ephemera Pack

For the title card I used the Heart Day Charming Chipboard Stickers. I really liked this card! I knew it was going to be a title card when I saw it!

I added a bunch of small word stickers from Simple Stories and I used black and white washi because I didn't want to add something busy in addition to the floral patterns.
I used the Flora Simply Stated 4x6 Stamp Set to stamp on my daughter's photo. These stamps are really good quality stamps! I used Stayz On Ink.
I hope you enjoyed these pocket pages! Remember to keep checking the April Lilli Blog for more projects with the Flora Collection!

April Lilli: Pinkfresh Awesomeness

Hey Everyone! This month the April Lilli Shop is featuring the Dream On Collection by Pinkfresh Studio. You can get this collection for 20% OFF during the month of April. I am loving the colors in this collection! Orange is my favorite color but I don't get to scrap with it often. I also like this kelly green color.

Here I have a few ideas to include in your project life when your week is slow: weather, what are you reading or watching, projects you are working on, quotes you find online or just pretty filler cards.

My daughter had an activity in school that week so almost half of my spread is about that night.

For the weekly card, I used the Day Dream Paper with the Puffy Alphabet Stickers from the Dream On Collection, the Dream On Rubber ChipsCardstock Die Cuts, and Dream On Studio Puff Stickers but I also added a few items from my stash.

I made a simple filler card with the Trance Paper and a few little embellishments like the Dream On Studio Puff Stickers and one of the squares from the Reverie Paper

In this title card, I cut out some squares from the Fancy Paper and I layered them to look like little paintings. I like to mix fonts like the Puffy Alphabet Stickers and these ancient Thickers I had in my alphas drawer.

In this filler card I used one of the pretty squares from the Fancy Paper and  Cardstock Die Cuts. I added a few enamel dots on some of the circles and at the bottom a Dream On Washi Sticker.

I hope you enjoyed this layout! Remember that you have until the end of April to get the Dream On collection at 20% OFF.

April Lilli: Project Life with Pinkfresh Studio

This month the April Lilli Shop is featuring the Dream On Collection by Pinkfresh Studio. You can get this collection for 20% OFF during the month of April. I love this collection! To be honest, is not something I would normally buy because I tend to go in the girly direction. But I had so much fun making this layout! I used blue, orange and green which I don't normally use. My embellishments drawers in those colors were excited when I was looking through them! It was a fun challenge and it feels very fresh!
This week, and the week before were slow but not slow enough to merge both of them into one spread so I cut of 6 inches of the left page protector and it worked perfect!

Kelly Purkey, is my crafty idol! I love her videos and I love how she stamps on photos! I tried it out with white ink this time and even though the "E" got a little cut off (it's a long word!) I loved it! The alpha stamps I used are from Latina Crafter.

I really like this title card! I knew I wanted to use the Trance Paper for my title card since I saw the papers! The Dream On Rubber Chips are my absolute favorite thing in the collection! These are the alphas from the collection and they have a very cool free spirited font.

I did my usual style of journaling. I put a number on the photo and then I take 2 cards and I write my journaling paired with the number of the memory.

The numbers I used on the photo are ancient alphas from Simple Stories from a few years ago.

That STEM Night card is a bit busy for my style but I liked it so much! I layered Dream On Washi Stickers and Cardstock Die Cuts. I also used ancient October Afternoon Alphas. Their alphas are awesome, such a bummer that they are not manufacturing anymore! The stamp is from Elle's Studio and last minute I decided to stamp the date in orange and red to bring all the colors from the collection in that card.

I made a little pocket with the Vellum Foil Spring Icons and Delight paper. I normally make a pocket with adhesive but since the items inside were almost 3 inches wide I needed all the space I could have. I embellished the pocket a little bit with Cardstock Die Cuts.
I haven't had this much fun making a Project Life Spread in a while. I hope you liked it!
